Chandler Macleod is proud to be partnering with their client in the inner suburbs of Brisbane for this incredible opportunity in Customer Service and Administration.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Respond to a wide variety of customer, employer and third-party queries relating to superannuation funds and associated queries
  • Provide a solutions based approach to each individual query
  • Assist customers with maximising their superannuation funds for future retirement
  • Complete any associated processing administration
  • High level processing
  • Working 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday

To be successful in your application for this position you will have:

  • Genuine passion for customer service and helping people, and providing the best level of service at all times
  • Previous experience working in either a phone-based customer service or face to face capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when dealing with sometimes sensitive situations
  • Clear and concise manner when dealing with customer queries
  • Strong administration and systems experience
  • MUST be able to pass criminal history and credit checks
    You must be available to work between the hours of 730am-730pm
