Your new company
Fantastic opportunity to join a State Government department which will see you on the front line for all customer enquiries. This Kingscliff -based department is looking for multiple Contact Centre Services Officers to answer a high volume of inbound calls and follow up with enquiries.

Your new role
As the Contact Centre Services Officer, you will be working in a fast paced environment and respond to customer enquiries through phones rather than face to face. You will be expected to provide clear, correct and timely information whilst following up with emails and data entry to ensure all matters are resolved quickly, and undertake administrative work as required to support high quality service delivery

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working within a contact centre essential and an ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take enquires via telephone and type accurate notes within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at the same time
  • Ability to find information from several platforms whilst speaking to the customer on the phone
  • Ability to work within a noisy environment
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Ability to commence immediately and work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What you'll get in return
On offer to you is a contract position within a reputable government department at a pay-rate of $30.50 per hour + super. In return you will receive working hours Monday - Friday (7.6 hours per day / 38 hours per week). You will be working in a vibrant and supportive team, and will commence the role as soon as possible with a proposed end date of 31/08/2021
