Chandler Macleod has the opportunity to recruit for a Corporate Call Centre based in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs.

Our client is a pivotal support for members of the local community and is focused on providing resolutions for their customers.

We currently have the opportunity to recruit 5 part time Casual Call Centre positions.

Please note these roles will he Home Based until restrictions are lifted and the roles can return to the office. Please note you will need to be flexible to work in the office in Frankston once the restriction is lifted. We are seeking candidates that will have the ability to work in the office longer term. We are looking for candidates that are available for a minimum of 6 months with the possibility to extend.

Candidates must be available to work a rotating roster, working 5 days per week, 5 hour shifts per day. The two shifts on the rotating roster will be between 8am - 1pm and 1pm - 6pm, Monday to Friday. There is no flexibility around these hours, candidates must be fully available for this full roster.

Skills and Experience Required (non negotiable)

  • Call Centre Experience or strong inbound customer service experience
  • Ability to manage high volume inbound calls and email cases (the role will be predominantly phone based - over 90%)
  • Resolution skills
  • Strong Computer Literacy
  • You must have strong customer empathy and be customer centric in your approach

    Requirements from you: (not negotiable)
  • Have an internet connection (NBN preferably) so you an connect into the systems and work remotely - this is an absolute non negotiable.
  • Have a suitable home office setup.
  • Be available to work between 8am and 6pm, on a rotating shift post training
  • Be available for 4 weeks of training - please note training will be held online/remote if the by the current start date their are restrictions of entering the office. Training hours will typically be 9:30am - 4:30pm.

Candidates will need to undergo a background check which will include a National Police Check and the ability to provide either recent or current references based on your Call Centre working history.

There is a firm start date of 16th November 2020 following on from a successful interview process, you must be available for interviews ASAP.
