We are currently seeking amazing Call Centre Customer Care Specialist that operates within a supportive and engaging contact centre environment which sits in the Customer Growth team in the Health Insurance Business.

About the role:

As a Call Centre Customer Care Specialist, you will have responsibility for the following:

  • Deliver great value conversations, though various inbound, outbound telephone and email contact with members to ensure they are offered the most appropriate cover with the view of long-term retention.
  • Provide Exceptional customer experience by educating customers on the breadth of services offered and demonstrating the value of being a member.
  • Build and maintain Private Health Insurance Industry, Product and Competitor Knowledge.
  • Demonstrate commitment to teamwork and fellow team members in contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Demonstrate resilience with a growth mindset and positive attitude towards change

About You:

As a Call Centre Customer Care Specialist, you will have

  • Previous experience in providing great customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience in a service and outcomes driven environment.
  • Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer led behaviours and a demonstrated passion for the client's values.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Industry experience preferred but not essential.


  • Permanent role
  • 100% working from home - must have either NBN or cable internet connection
  • 03 November 2021 start date
  • Full time hours, Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day , on rotating roster between the hours of 8am and 8pm AEST/AEDT
  • Salary + opportunity to earn quarterly commissions
