How will You Contribute?
The position will provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound technical knowledge and may undertake some research and analysis activities. The Compensation Recoveries - Business Support Officer will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders, providing advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex inquiries.

What Will Your Duties Include?

  • Seeking information on compensation available to or received by participants.
  • Organising, analysing and validating information relating to compensation matters.
  • Collating information to support the calculation of compensation reduction amounts in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and databases detailing the progress of work and providing weekly reports.
  • Contributing to the design of compensation recoveries processes to support continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to achieveing operational targets.

What Will You Bring to the Role?

You will be a passionate and empathetic individual with a desire to kick start your career within the Government and Disability space.

  • Experience in customer service and general administration in an office environment is essential
  • Experience within the Disability Sector or Public Sector is highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is essential
  • A passion for the disability sector and your community is essential

You MUST be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this opportunity
