Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS3 Business Support Officer on a contract for 12 months with potential extension.

Position Overview

The APS3 Business Support Officer is a team membership position and is responsible for setting priorities and managing workflow for their role and producing work that is subject to regular monitoring by more senior positions within their management structure.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing team inbox and appointment/calendar systems.
  • Coordinating appointments for participants and planners, including booking office facilities and
  • ensuring facilities are neat and appropriately prepared.
  • Collating and recording information related to participant details and plans.
  • Accurately recording information provided by participants in relation to plans or issues, and ensuring
  • these are appropriately assigned for action.
  • Providing information as part of general inquiries to team.
  • Undertaking a range of data entry tasks.
  • Providing general administrative support to the branch.
