Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer for a full time fixed term contract starting ASAP until 30 June 2021. This role will provide efficient and effective customer support and back office administrative and business-related support across all areas within the Property Services team including Property Inspectors, Audit Officers and Asset Managers, Communities team

Duties:

  • Data entry
  • Invoicing Receipts
  • Tracking planned maintenance and common area maintenance work
  • Preparation of written correspondence
  • Archiving and filing
  • Performing bulk mail outs
  • Scheduling of appointments for the team
  • Minute taking
  • Other relevant administrative tasks as required
  • Liaise with tenants and applications to provide assistance both via phone and face to face
  • Reception cover when required

    Experience:
  • Experienced working with vulnerable people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Background in administrative support
  • Experienced working in a challenging customer service environment
  • Thrives in a high volume and fast paced role
  • Previous experience working with FACS or Community housing industry will be highly regarded
