The Company:
Our client is a growing financial planning firm that provides holistic advice across the board with the goal of providing accumulators with an effective strategy to help them achieve their financial goals within a timeframe. They provide the opportunity for young HNW individuals who lack strategy to plan and grow their wealth in the most effective way.

The objective of the Business Development Manager is to work with high quality leads and convert these to long term relationships. The clients will be passed across to the Financial Adviser to provide holistic advice and service the clients from here onwards. This is a warm sales role with the goal of educating young individuals with the importance of financial planning. This will be the ideal role for you if you are able to resonate with our client base.

The Key Duties:
  • Meet with new clients and facilitate an initial screening call to educate clients on our financial planning services
  • Introductory meeting with client's allocated financial adviser
  • Work with a clear structure and deliver on this
  • Run an education and sales session with the aim to educate clients how they can achieve their money plans; goal setting, education and products and services
  • Work with warm leads (there are leads lining up needing to be contacted)

Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in wealth management / banking is preferred
  • 3+ years in Sales / Business Development is essential
  • Must care deeply about helping people and putting this ahead of revenue and dollars
  • Open to candidates with experience setting up their own business and ability to generate and close deals
