Our client works in collaboration with Occupational Therapists, tradespeople, clients or their advocate to design and build safer environments. This enables the individual to carry out daily tasks and promotes independent living within the community. About You
As the Business Development Manager, you will provide services to our client. Including; scoping, designing and managing business development projects for key initiatives; support the CEO and Board to grow the business by developing income streams for the organisation and assist with the integration of business development within the organisation.

About the Role

  • Develop an operational plan for priority projects to expand the footprint of the organsation and its range of services across selected areas of the North Coast and New England region of NSW.
  • Service expansion initiatives could include:
    o Expand iCare business including mobile service delivery
    o Advisory services for climate proofing of client's homes
    o Brokering assistive technology solutions
    o Partnering with a wider range of key package providers and trade suppliers to deliver home modifications projects
    o Orient the business to expand home modification services for Aboriginal communities
    o Expansion of fee for service business for self-funded retirees seeking to age in place
  • Scope, identify and negotiate external resources required to support delivery of approved high-quality growth, projects, including allied health, trades, contractors and partner suppliers.
  • Develop a marketing plan to position ECAE as the premium provider of accessibility services for its current and expended client base within the context of increased scale and a broader footprint area.
