Our client is a market leading building services company, with a broad offering, a reputable brand and the backing of a large conglomerate. We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth specific to the region.

The ultimate responsibility of this role will be to maximise new and existing sales opportunities across a wide range of industries.

You will have:

  • A track record of over achievement in a target driven sales environment.
  • Previous sales experience with Tier 1, 2 or 3 clients within engineering, construction, maintenance, M&E or facilities services sector
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders /clients, peers and colleagues
  • Detailed understanding of the commercial building services markets, customers and competitive landscapes
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-disciplinary service delivery.
  • Impeccable communication skills, with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
