This Large Finance provider has an immediate role available for a Business Change Analyst.

This role reports into the Executive Manager
Customer Process Owner with indirect reporting to the Program Change Director and daily management oversight by the Senior Change Manager on the Program.

You will work closely with the Program
leaders to help convey the vision and work with the team and wider stakeholder set to manage the change
on a daily basis to successfully achieve it.
The Program aims to strategically deliver a new Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to support the ongoing collection of information to meet client, organisation, legal and regulatory obligations globally and
ensure that key AML/KYC processes and classification requirements are inherently less of a risk from a Compliance viewpoint.

The Change Analyst will work in an end-to-end capacity, closely with the project with key stakeholders
across IB&M, Group Operations, Financial Crime Compliance and Risk Management functions, to
understand, document and plan detailed management of business impacts and plans for staff readiness to ensure the successful implementation and embedding of a new compliance/regulatory system.

The primary responsibility of the Change Analyst is to support the Senior Change Managers and
Business Readiness Lead in ensuring that all impacts of changes being introduced by the project into IB&M and Group Operations teams are well understood, communicated and managed
and that impacted teams are engaged and prepared to receive the changes.

Your responsibilities will encompass:
 Responsible for assisting in the planning and subsequently driving execution of all business
change management activities across all impacted stakeholders.
 Detailed engagement with the key impacted stakeholders and project leads at the outset of,
and throughout the change initiative to understand the breadth, depth and nature of the
change impacts.
 Rigorous analysis and detailing of change impacts by identifying the impacted business units
and determining the size, complexity and type of change and the associated potential risks and
issues. Working closely with Line 1/2 risk functions to support completion of the Risk in Change
 Collaboration with project and business resources to ensure the delivery of change is designed
to accomplish business benefits and minimise risks, ensuring that people related benefits and
risks are well understood and managed including in the handover to the Benefits Owner and
Change Owner.
 Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their
direct reports through transitions.
 Developing and implementing effective strategies and plans to minimise resistance and
disruption to productivity and performance in impacted teams.
 Assisting in the development of a current state baseline as well as high level vision and target
end state for the change, establishing clear links between project delivery and the achievement
of business benefits and outline of key dependencies.
 Building a strong communication plan to liaise with all interested and impacted parties.
 Building strong relationships; acting as a conduit between the project and impacted
stakeholders throughout the change journey.
 Providing a safe environment for our people to raise their concerns; proactively identify signs of
uneasiness; address roadblocks to success; and ensure changes are sustainable.
 Developing training, communications and support material to lead/facilitate upskilling of
impacted staff to ensure they are ready to receive the changes.

Your skills & experience Your qualifications
 Minimum 5 years change management
 Strong Financial Crime Compliance/ Financial
Services experience is desirable.
 Experience dealing with cross-functional
stakeholders across business, risk/compliance
and technology areas.
 Demonstrated ability to work hands-on (i.e.
Change Impact Assessment, Stakeholder
Engagement Plan, Communication Plan &
Training facilitation and Materials).
 Experience running change working groups and
stakeholder buy-in groups.
 The ability to work across multiple stakeholders
in a fast pace dynamic environment.
 Highly organised.
