The Role

We have partnered with a QLD Government department to recruit a Business Analyst for an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.

The Responsibilities

  • Provide full and detailed budget with specific costings and cost analysis of a new entity and the ongoing annual costings of the entity including defining, documenting and analysing requirements for the ongoing operations
  • Research costings on specific items and provide comparisons of costings on those options to Project Manager as directed and required by Project Manager.
  • Prepare budgetary and costings documents for presentation to direct report and DDG as directed and required by Project Manager.
  • Design and document the various workflows as directed and required by the Project Manager for the ongoing operation of the entity
  • Support and inform the design of the overall administrative systems and workflows of the entity as directed and required by Project Manager.

Experience

  • Skills in workflow analysis of new Queensland government entities, budgeting and costing and analysis of same
  • Experience in project management of the establishment of a new Queensland Government entities particularly judicial or quasi-judicial entities.
