Our client is seeking to engage a Business Analyst on a contract for 6 months.

Position Overview

You will be part of the team responsible for bringing business transforming ideas to life starting from drawing out initial ideas through to implementation of improvement initiatives.

You will support the ongoing continuous improvement of our end to end, customer orientated processes at a Group level. Working to deliver easily accessible and consistent Group policies, standards and procedures.

The aim is to share best practice, improve cross-Business Unit collaboration and customer centricity, create a common client language, and define client "standards". The role will report directly to GM Process Improvement & Governance and will work with Group Process Leads and Business Process Representatives/ Delegates as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meet ZH requirements for a safe working environment as required for an office role
  • Drive and input into requirement development for technical (sharepoint/Powerapp) enhancements
  • Plan the implementation of process improvements with BPLs
  • Support the documentation of policies, standards and procedures
  • Lead assigned projects to completion
  • Assist in organisational change management and transition to support outcomes
  • Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders and business resources
  • Project manage technical teams in development of enhancements
  • Work with Business Process Leads (BPLs) and Group Process Leads (GPLs) to investigate root causes of process inefficiency
  • Analyse and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Elicit, refine and prioritise requirements aligned to organisation needs
  • Evaluate current state business processes and systems

Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • Good analytical skills
  • technical knowledge of MS stack such as SharePoint, power BI, power apps
  • good, practical working knowledge of project management disciplines and process improvement methodologies, tools, techniques and best practices
