The Broiler Service Person is directly responsible for ensuring that all Animal Health and Welfare matters involved in the operations of the farm are met.

With years of experience, Baiada has grown into one of Australia's largest and leading poultry producers.
Keeping quality at the forefront, Baiada Manager the poultry production process from start to finish. This includes breeding and hatching the chickens, producing feed, processing and supplying fresh poultry products to local retailers, large supermarkets and popular fast-food, quick service restaurants.
Baiada are looking for a motivated and conscientious individual to join their business as a Broiler Service Person. This is an opportunity for those with a strong desire to take ownership and build upon a career with an industry leader.

The role:
Animal Husbandry practices
Livestock quality assurance system
Follow and implement all company policies and procedures regarding animal welfare, WHS, environmental and biosecurity.
Responsible for strategic direction of the broiler department
Liaise with other department managers

Critical Skills and Experience Required:
Experience in animal husbandry, particularly with livestock poultry.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Excellent leadership skills including conflict resolution and problem solving
Excellent time management skills to be able to priorities duties
Knowledge of WHS procedures and good understanding of how day-to-day activities could impact animal welfare, biosecurity and environment.
