    Keeping quality at the forefront, Baiada manage the poultry production process from start to finish. This includes breeding and hatching the chickens, producing feed, processing and supplying fresh poultry products to local retailers, large supermarkets and popular fast-food, quick service restaurants.
    Baiada are looking for a motivated and conscientious individual to join their business as a Broiler Farm Manager. This is an opportunity for those with a strong desire to take ownership and build upon a career with an industry leader.

    The role:
    Lead and motivate a small team
    Develop and monitor budgets & KPI's
    Follow and implement all company policies and procedures regarding animal welfare, WHS, environmental and biosecurity.
    Responsible for strategic direction of the broiler department
    Liaise with other department managers

    Critical Skills and Experience Required:
    Experience in animal husbandry, particularly with livestock poultry.
    Excellent communication skills both written and oral
    Excellent leadership skills including conflict resolution and problem solving
    Excellent time management skills to be able to priorities duties
    Knowledge of WHS procedures and good understanding of how day-to-day activities could impact animal welfare, biosecurity and environment.
