About the organisation:
Chandler Macleod is proudly partnering with a government organisation that aims to lead the delivery of education and development services to all Victorians. The VPS4 Digital Content Officer with work within a sector that generates data insights, promotes quality improvement, and identifies skills development to achieve job outcomes to strengthen Victorian economy.

About the role:
The purpose of the Brand and Digital Content Advisor is to provide support to the digital team to increase engagement through accessible and innovative content development.

The VPS4 Digital Content Officer will be responsible for:
  • Liaising with Subject Matter Experts regarding digital and website content
  • Writing engaging web copy for products and services (events, data and insights, templates, etc)
  • Produce internal and external communication resources (for corporate services, engagement, data and insights and policy)
  • Documenting website governance and content management processes and guidelines
  • Supporting the organization's website governance processes
  • Ensure content is accessible and aligns with Victorian Government guidelines
  • Liaise with other Government Agency's on content for the Single Digital Presence

About You:
Ideally you will have relevant education and experience in a similar role under Australian rules and regulations, as well as:
  • Fully vaccinated to be able to work in the office
  • Have proven experience using analytics and customer research- including optimising content for SEO's
  • Use initiative, sound judgment and knowledge to work under limited direction and guidance
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve mutual agreements
  • Have exceptional English language skills, written and verbal
  • Work collaboratively with others to analyse data, identify issues and implement solutions
  • Proactive and self-starting
