This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated & skilled Branch Manager to join our team in Rutherford.

The role requires a Manager with a technical ability that is capable of continuous learning to understand the extensive product range and how it best fits with the customer needs and applications. Previous industry experience is desirable however, we are keen to hear from individuals that display an enthusiastic aptitude and willingness to learn.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be expected to;

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the business such as Sales, Operations & Distribution
  • Meet or exceed company net profit goals
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.


The Branch Managers responsibility is to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation while maintaining a strong focus on the company safety culture and workplace health and safety policies.

  • Assisting customers over the phone with technical and general enquiries.
  • Processing orders and providing quotes.
  • Follow-up of enquiries and quotes.
  • Up selling products to increase sales.
  • Service existing and new customers with queries.
  • Liaise with external sales staff and other internal departments.


About you

  • Strong customer services skills are of the utmost importance.
  • It is expected that the successful applicant will be a highly motivated, goal driven person.
  • Previous Branch Manager or Retail Manager experience in Industrial tools, Mining, Engineering & Manufacturing would be advantageous, sales experience & sales knowledge however is essential.
