Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced Branch Coordinator to join our client based in Chipping Norton for a full time position temporary to permanent opportunity.

The purpose of this role is to provide timely and efficient service to each customer, resulting in the needs of both the customer and the company being met.

The duties of this role will include:

  • To deliver Industry leading customer service
  • Processing of Purchase Orders and Quotes as they are received by fax telephone, mail, email or any other means.
  • Demonstrate a passion for service and customers that delivers customer loyalty and upholds the brand in market place.
  • Assist managers to ensure training is completed in a timely manner
  • To provide branch support with administration tasks
  • On occasion cover the weigh bridge operator when needed
