We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Administrator for our client based in Karratha. The role present fantastic ongoing Contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Dedication to promote a safe and clean working environment that complies with the OHS and Welfare Act
  • Data and timesheet entry, general end to end office duties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound literacy, numeracy and computer skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Assist with airport pickups and drop offs
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs, such as Outlook, with proficiency and professional etiquette

    Desirable Criteria:
  • Previous experience within service administrator role
  • Certificate III Business Administration
  • Auditing experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience using SAP and DBS desirable
