We are looking for a special individual, someone who is enthusiastic and has a 'can-do' attitude, they connect with people from all backgrounds and enjoy working with a friendly team of people in a fun environment.

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to relate to the general public in a calm, friendly and helpful manner. You must be able to work independently, exercise initiative, think laterally, self-motivate and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Although not essential, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office support role and/or experience in electronic box office sales.

Other key requirements include;

  • Ability to supervise a small team of volunteers (of differing abilities)
  • Team player
  • Prepared to learn new skills
  • Confidence in operating Microsoft suite and general administration duties when required
  • Operating SABO ticketing system
  • Operating Café/ bar-(RSA is required)
  • The ability to commit to weekend and afternoon shifts

The position will involve weekend and afternoon shift work with a minimum of 10 hours and up to 38 hours per week.
