Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a 6-month temporary assignment. This position is conveniently located in Richmond SA and on a Monday to Friday roster, with part time hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Paying bills
  • Debtor management to ensure minimal overdue accounts
  • Banking and reconciliation
  • Balancing of monthly statements
  • Journal entries
  • Preparing and lodging BAS
  • Project specific reporting
  • Forecasting and financial planning
  • Liaising with external accountant
  • Plant & equipment asset management
  • General administration duties
  • Assistant to Owner for various project specific duties

Essential Knowledge and Experience Required:
