Working across our industrial staffing services business you will have a proven business development track record with existing networks, high level negotiation skills, with the ability to open doors and seal the deal.

Our Industrial staffing services unit has a broad range of "people" service offerings and products delivering into key sectors including, Manufacturing, FMCG, Warehousing/Logistics, Trades and Infrastructure/Construction. This role will see you unearth business development opportunities across our regional state branch network whilst providing exceptional service as a Recruitment Consultant to all stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Accounts Manager & Unit Manager you will be able to confidently present as the face of our company and will utilise all aspects of your experience to engage with new business opportunities through your already developed networks, cold calling and leads provided to you by the team. ,You will have strong experience in consultative/commercial selling and relationship management, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets and quotas.

Previous recruitment industry experience in a Business Development capacity and Recruitment Consultancy role is desired however applicants from industry sectors are also encouraged to apply.

To be successful, you will:

  • Directly undertake strategic business development activity across all client contacts
  • Champion the sales process and demonstrate creative, innovative and proactive ways to grow clients
  • Develops strong sales/marketing pipeline
  • Enjoy working in close collaboration with team members in the pursuit of business and client solutions
  • Have a strong understanding of a number of key industry sectors
  • Have proven ability to communicate with and persuade senior management stakeholders
  • Be able to effectively build rapport and establish client needs
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have the ability to conduct and assess risk assessments to ensure safety of all stakeholders
  • Be flexible in working hours
  • Have your own reliable car and licence with the ability to travel to Regional locations in a specific timeframe
