Chandler Macleod's Government recruitment sector is looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join the team!

What will your duties include?

As an Associate Consultant, you will be exposed to all aspects of a temp-recruitment desk, and be responsible for a variety of duties, including:

  • Using sourcing strategies and talent pooling platforms to find talented candidates
  • Candidate management including interviewing, onboarding, reference checking and post-placement management
  • Customer service including resolving general enquiries and payroll issues
  • A variety of administration using Microsoft Office and internal databases

What will you bring to the role?

Our ideal candidate is a strong-willed and motivated individual who is looking to kick start their career in Recruitment. The skills and attributes you bring to the role will include:

  • A strong desire to learn and take on new tasks
  • A passion for delivering great results for customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • At least 2 years in an office based role in customer service or administration
  • Exposure to the Recruitment OR Government Sector is ideal, but not essential!

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to clear a National Police check
