A fantastic opportunity for an Asset Management Specialist with experience in the Mining/resources sector to be part of a critical mining project and join a growing consultancy based in Brisbane.
This position will be responsible for the delivery of quality Asset Management solutions and will contribute to the success of the broader work management initiative by applying your technical and practical expertise into the project to deliver high quality outputs and reporting on progress.
 
The Role:
  • Positively support the culture to ensure a safe, productive, quality, sustainable and disciplined approach to work.
  • Facilitates workshops, focus group discussion and one-on-one sessions with key site stakeholders to gather information required to meet project deliverables.
  • Engages key site stakeholders to resolve issues and challenges regarding asset management projects.
  • Support in the quality deliverables & timely delivery of projects and reports
  • Cultivate positive relationships through effective communication, feedback, and consultation
  • Monitor and deliver projects in the following areas:
       -Maintenance Strategy Development
       -Asset Criticality
       -FMECA
       -Master Data Development
       -Spares & Bill of Materials
  • Support work management master data integrity, ensure data and strategies are maintained in accordance with Clients requirements, focusing on accuracy, quality and standardisation.
  • Utilises various tools and templates to support the development of quality deliverables.
  • Support continuous improvement of systems and processes that are core to enabling effectiveness and efficiency.
 
Your Background:
  • Engineering (Mech/Elec) or Trade qualification complimented with post-trade training
  • Experience in mining and resources sector
  • A strong Maintenance Planning background would be advantageous
  • Understanding of Master Data Standards and Processes
  • Strong understanding of Maintenance Management and Reliability Concepts (FMECA, RCM, Criticality Analysis etc)
  • Use of SAP, particularly related to Plant Maintenance
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
