Our client a State Government Agency are currently seeking Administration all-rounders with a strong focus on finance related processes for multiple positions based in Orange NSW.

As the Assessment Officer will be required to liaise with clients regarding information relating to the processing of Drought Transport Subsidies. Your resilience and maturity to deal with highly emotional customers (drought effected), strong customer service skills, high attention to detail (including data entry and accuracy),and the ability to work to targets in a high pressure environment, will ensure your success in the role.

In order to be considered you will possess the following skills and experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in high volume administration and customer service
  • High attention to detail, including accurate data entry
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work to targets in a high-pressure environment
  • Resilience and maturity to deal with highly emotional customers (drought affected)
  • Experience in financial loans, grant assessments, or exposure to financial documentation highly desirable
  • An understanding of rural issues/farming/drought is highly desired
  • Ideally some experience/background in Agriculture would be preferable

    Contract start date December 1st 2020
    Contract end date: 31 March 2021
    Pay Rate: $42.36 per hour + Super
    Hours of work: 7 hrs a day, 35 hrs per week
    (two shifts available: day 9 - 5 and night 6 - 10)
