Our client a State Government Agency are currently seeking Administration all-rounders for multiply positions based in Orange NSW.

As the Assessment Officer will be required to liaise with clients regarding information relating to the grant applications. Your resilience and maturity to deal with highly emotional customers (fire effected), strong customer service skills, high attention to detail (including data entry and accuracy),and the ability to work to targets in a high pressure environment, will ensure your success in the role.

In order to be considered you will possess the following skills and experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in high volume administration and customer service.
  • High attention to detail, including accurate data entry.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work to targets in a high-pressure environment.
  • Resilience and maturity to deal with highly emotional customers
  • Experience in financial loans, grant assessments, or exposure to financial documentation highly desirable

Other information you need to know!

Contract end date: 30th June 2020
Pay Rate: $42.36 per hour + Super
Hours of work: 7 hrs a day, 35 hrs per week
(two shifts available: day 9 - 5 and night 6 - 10)
