Due to recent growth, our client urgently requires the services of an experienced Recruitment Officer to commence as soon as possible.

If you are available for this role you will be rewarded with a friendly office and team as well as the opportunity to work with a large reputable company.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment search, selection and short listing for broad range of roles
  • Writing advertisements and profiles
  • Screening, interviewing, reference checking and maintaining a database of suitable candidates
  • Developing networks, relationships and referrals as a continual sourcing strategy of high quality candidates and job opportunities
  • Working with hiring managers to provide quality candidates
  • New starter inductions and administration

In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Over 5 years' experience in the Retail/FMCG/Hospitality/Logistics recruitment space
  • A strong understanding of onsite and office safety practices
  • Strong ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with strong deadlines.
  • Understanding of workplace rules and regulations (HR)
