About the organisation:
Australia’s healthcare network is transforming to a highly responsive and streamlined system with multiple facets requiring skilled professionals for execution. There is an urgent need for a Senior Business Analyst to lead research and conduct in-depth analysis ensuring Australia’s digital infrastructure is progressing forward.

About the role:
  • Provide a high degree of expert consultation for a number of business areas such as systems implementation, R & D, L & D, Project Management, and Stakeholder Engagement.
  • Be accountable for project outcomes and performance benchmarks, providing direction and support to teams under your supervision, regularly.
  • Strategically manage medium sized teams in line with organisational objectives and supporting dynamic teams in execution
  • Engage in strategic risk management and promote preventative and proactive approaches to hazardous or perceivable threats
  • Execute excellent stakeholder engagement and community liaising focusing on addressing the needs of a diverse range of participants, often with competing priorities.
About You:
  • You will have excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to produce professional documentation at a ministerial level.
  • You will have a high degree of experience in a senior or directive role with previous experience influencing medium sized teams.
  • You will ideally have familiarity of government operational policy and legislation at either a state or federal level.
  • You will be comfortable with executing project methodology such as PRINCE2, and familiarity with UI and UX system terminology.
  • You will be confident in presenting and reporting data using dashboards and interactive software packages.
