About the role:

The APS6 Reporting Officer will be supporting the team to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail. You will exercise a considerable degree of independence to engage in complex problem solving and issues management within the various functions.


Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to Corporate Plan reporting processes for Board and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) reports and other reporting activities as required.
  • Coordinate input to produce relevant, timely and accurate reports and ensuring branch reporting activities adhere to Agency standards and frameworks.
  • Assist in the development of the Agency annual work plan and Corporate Plan strategy.
  • Provide local reporting requirement advice and support to business areas.
  • Lead and supporting continuous improvement activities as they arise within the team.
  • Assist in maintaining the Agency work plan

MANDATORY

  • Experience working in a similar role under Australian rules and regulations
  • Attention to detail,
  • MS Office suite skills
  • Document production
  • Current Police Check, o ability to obtain one

  • Proficient in planning and coordinating
