Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS6 Recruitment Support Partner on a Non Ongoing contract until 31/12/2023, with possible extension or Section 26 transfers.

Position Overview
Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Employment Programs section is recruiting for multiple APS6 Recruitment Support Partner roles with responsibilities including:
- Partnering with business areas to provide recruitment advice and support operational requirements.
- Implementing of best practice approaches to recruitment and providing advice and policy direction to managers and staff on HR policies.
- Engaging and working collaboratively to build strong and effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to the effective operation of the team, branch and divisional priorities.
- Conducting detailed research and gathering information from a wide variety of sources to assist with resolving and inform decision making on complex HR activities
- Experience in providing advice and support on recruitment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of motivation, drive and initiative.
- Strong communication and project management/organisational skills.
- Ability to engage and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Achieve departmental people priorities and team goals.
- Able to build strong and effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Successful applicant will be required to obtain a cleared Police Check.
