About the position:
An experienced project manager is invited to become an integral part of Australia’s transition to a digitised healthcare system. This role focuses on improving and innovating the accessibility of key stakeholders to vital services within the healthcare provider space. Under your project management: engage, strategize, develop, and analyse effective UI and assistance aids technology, to improve workflow processes and simplify consumer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop working groups and liaise with stakeholder groups to establish current impact and range.
  • Collaborate effectively across multiple departments to strategize multi-facet approaches to systems improvements and trouble shooting.
  • Manage E2E implementation including Production, delivery, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting of project artifacts.
  • Administrative functions such as managing meetings, executive reporting, and internal/external stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyse and prepare reporting for senior executives and cabinetry bodies.
About you:
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • A good understanding of technology, digital interfaces, and user assistance systems
  • Experienced within the health care or social services space.
  • 2-3 years of project management experience
  • A demonstrated ability to lead teams, work collaboratively, and critically analyse project objectives against organisational goals.
