Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS6 Policy Officer on a contract for 3 months with potential extension.
Key Responsibilities:
  • support drafting / developing product determinations (in collaboration with other teams in the branch and internal and external legal areas)
  • development of determination process SOPs and support materials
  • Other administrative, policy and research tasks to support the team
    Skills, Qualifications and Capabilities Required:
  • Highly desirable: Legal background and/or experience working with legal areas to prepare legislative instruments and consider legal advice
  • Declaration of any real or apparent conflicts of interest and agreement to maintain confidentiality.
    Mandatory Requirements:
  • Applicants must have a Baseline Clearance.
