Position Overview
Duties & Responsibilities:
Performance Reporting Officer responsibilities include:
- Support the production of the Corporate Plan, Annual report, and performance information in the Portfolio Budget Statements
- Provide advice and guidance to the department on the development of performance measures in line with the Commonwealth Performance Framework
- Support the department’s integrate business planning process
- Provide secretariat support to the Performance Reporting Sub Committee
- Draft/coordinate reports and briefing materials for the executive
- Strong written skills and the ability to prepare a range of documents for varying audiences, including the Performance Reporting Sub Committee, Audit and Assurance Committee and the department’s Executives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Adaptability, willingness to take initiative and drive work outcomes independently and as part of the team.
- Ability to think strategically and analyse information.
- Strong organisational skills combined with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage competing priorities.
- Relevant experience, including experience in strategic coordination and program management would be highly regarded.
- The successful candidate is required to hold Baseline security clearance.
