Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a APS6 Digital Delivery Senior Project Officer on a contract for 12 months.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain and coordinate internal and external stakeholders across the Agency and disability community to facilitate the development and delivery of major project outputs.
  • Assist in leading and coordinating key projects through strategic administration and project management including liaising with external contractors.
  • Work alongside internal teams to deliver and embed a strategic framework.
  • Maintain and update the project plan and oversee the project budgets and resourcing.
  • Utilise reporting and performance metrics to review the impact of media, marketing and digital communications approaches, identifying areas for improvement
  • Undertake a wide variety of general and administrative and reporting tasks as required, including but not limited to procurement, steering committee meeting Agendas and minute taking, proof reading, testing and inbox management.
