This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy Federal Government team to provide valuable strategic advice and support with a change management project.

About the role:

  • You will be developing internal and external communications including project updates and reports
  • You will be developing ministerial correspondence, presentations and updates for the intranet
  • You will be developing communication documents in line with change management processes
  • You will be working with various stakeholders across the organisation to assist with the communication and implementation of change projects
  • You will be supporting the project team and identifying required processes and pathways

About you:

  • You will ideally have a tertiary qualification in either public affairs, media or marketing, journalism, communications or public relations
  • You will ideally have experience working in government - either Federal, State or Local
  • You will have previous experience working with government policy and procedures
  • You will have excellent organisation and time management skills
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and able to communicate at all levels

Benefits:

  • ASAP start date (pending Federal Police Check )
  • 12 - month temporary assignment
  • Full time Mon - Fri 7.5 hours per day
  • Brisbane CBD location
  • $58.50 per hour + super
