Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a APS5,6 Aurion Systems Administrator on a 12-month non-ongoing engagement, or a S.26 transfer.     
Position Overview
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Tasks that are undertaken by the Aurion System Administrator include but are not limited to:
  • Contribute and participate in the achievement of team outcomes
  • Contribute to improved business processes and service delivery
  • Assist with functional testing of maintenance releases
  • Develop and maintain documents and procedures 
  • Continued support of DISR' and client Agency's instances of Aurion
  • Contribute to the Shared Service Hub's broader projects
  • Work collaboratively with team members, clients and stakeholders to achieve common goals
  • Establishes clear plans and timeframes for project implementation
  • Provide a high-level customer service to our client agencies and stakeholders
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture within the division
  • Makes effective use of individual and team capabilities and negotiates responsibility for work outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, such as Accountable Authority Instructions, delegations and human resource policies, relevant legislative including privacy and work health and safety and protective security policies and practices
  • Contribute to business delivery activities including (but not limited to):
  1. Vendor, contract management and administration,
  2. BAU,
  3. Audit,
  4. Reporting,
  5. Development operations delivery,
  6. Capability and development,
  7. Strategy development,
  8. Client engagement, experience and communications.
