The APS5 Reporting and Administration will work within defined parameters relating to their area of responsibility. They will support their team to apply well-established policy, principles, practices and procedures to achieve outcomes that supports and contributes to organisation's objectives to 'build a world-leading scheme

About the Team

The Performance Management and Quality Branch influences a high-quality end to end participant experience through delivery of Continuous Improvement (CI), a Quality Management Framework (QMF) and Performance Management activities. The branch reviews the consistency and quality of operational activities against standards, procedures and practices across the end-to-end participant value chain. The branch is responsible for identifying key trends and insights and sharing these with Participant Experience Delivery (PED) to drive improvements in performance and quality, utilising a Continuous Improvement framework. The branch facilitates an uplift in staff capability through Learning and Development activities for PED staff which is monitored and evaluated through evidence-based practice to ensure embedment


Office locations are in Geelong/Richmond

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Leading a small team creating evaluations and reporting on the delivery of learning programs and projects, including performing basic research and analysis.
  • Extracting and producing a range of Human Resources (HR) data, statistics and reports using the Learning Management System, HR system and Microsoft Excel.
  • Interpreting data for operational information and reporting purposes and submitting change requests when required.
  • Preparing accurate and timely scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
  • Managing or responding to enquiries including email and Service Desk queries.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing additional administrative support when required

MANDATORY

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Office.
  • Current Police Check, or ability to obtain one.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
