Your primary responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Assist with the planning of provider engagement to enhance local capabilities
  • Work closely with key stakeholders including state and local governments, providers, carers, people with disability and mainstream organisations to identify, analyse and resolve issues
  • Provide advice to relevant work areas about enablers and barriers to business model development
  • Engage providers to ensure optimal provider satisfaction is experienced at each interaction
  • Provide input into ministerial and parliamentary correspondence, briefs etc.
  • Provide assistance with various correspondence whilst managing competing priorities

To be successful in your role you will have:

  • Some previous experience working in the disability or community care sector is advantageous
  • High level of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Works collaboratively and pro-actively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will have advanced Microsoft and organisational skills
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain a blue card if you are successful


  • Monday - Friday 830-17
  • ASAP start date pending clearance
  • Contract until June 2021
