A great opportunity for an experience complaints officer or handler, to join a busy Federal Government Agency.

About the role:
  • Managing complaints coming into the agency
  • Assessing, recording, resolving and referring as required
  • Managing escalated complaints and working to strict deadlines
  • Drafting and sending high quality written correspondence
  • Coordinating correspondence, briefing and reporting functions

About you:
  • You will have previous experience of responding to complaints - both over the phone and written.
  • You will have extensive experience of dealing with escalations and associated investigations.
  • You will have strong communication skills - both over the phone and written.
  • You will have high attention to detail.

Benefits:
  • ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
  • 12-month temporary assignment
  • Full time hours - Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day
  • Northern Suburbs of Brisbane location 
  • $55.24 per hour + super
