Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS4 Quality Officer on a contract for 12 months.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of quality assurance and control activities in relation to compliance processes and/or decision making.
  • Supporting and mentoring team members to ensure the use of quality assurance control activities and enhancing quality controls and processes.
  • Assisting with the reviewing and updating compliance processes, SOPs and taskcards in line with changes to policies and coordinating system change requests.
  • Undertaking analysis and reporting to identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
