About the role:

The APS4 Project Officer - Implementation Enabler position will play a key role in supporting the implementation of initiatives across the areas of Culture and Performance, Leadership, and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging to shape an environment where our people thrive. As the Implementation Enabler, you will work closely with Product Owners and Implementation Leads to facilitate project delivery through coordination, delivery support and data-driven delivery excellence.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Deliver initiatives and providing project support to a series of diversity and inclusion projects to improve and enhance the future workforce needs at the Agency.
  • Support Product Owners and Implementation Leads to deliver programs and initiatives across all three product areas (Culture and Performance, Leadership, and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging) through coordination and management of resources, activities and engagement.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and customers to deliver a credible and exceptional service.
  • Create positive outcomes and a seamless experience for the team and customers.
  • Experience working in a similar role under Australian rules and regulations
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience coordinating the delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Experience developing creative and effective solutions
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, able to prioritise competing demands, and clear understanding of risk and when to escalate issues to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Ability to engage in abstract thinking and develop creative effective solutions
  • Evidence of developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and customers, to deliver a credible and exceptional level of customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated professional and respectful behaviours and attitudes in a collaborative environment
  • Current Police Check, o ability to obtain one

  • Ability to work within and across teams, the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to prioritise and allocate tasks in an efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
