About the role:

The APS4 NCC (National Contact Centre) Service Support is responsible for apply well-established policy, principles, practices and procedures to achieve outcomes that supports and contributes to Agency's objectives. You will provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge in areas and may undertake some research and analysis activities.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Provide operational administrative support to the branch including managing the team email inbox.
  • Distribute communication pieces relating to work in the NCC and managing feedback.
  • Undertake data entry, reporting and maintaining registers.
  • Publish and maintain the internal NCC intranet site.
  • Create simple scripting and work instructions for NCC staff.
  • Coordinate corporate support functions, administration and onboarding of contractors involved in channel management.

  • Experience working in a similar role under Australian rules and regulations.
  • Experience in coordinating and assisting in the management of complex cases.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Current Police Check, o ability to obtain one.
