About the role:
The APS4 Executive Assistant is accountable under general direction to undertake moderately complex
activities and tasks within established procedures and guidance. It will have a considerable level of contact
with internal and external stakeholders.

Position Description for: APS4 Executive Assistant
It is a team membership position that will work within defined parameters relating to their area of
responsibility. It will apply well-established policy, principles, practices and procedures to achieve outcomes
that support and contributes to Organisation'sobjectives to 'build a world-leading National Disability Insurance
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
 Completing operational and/or administrative tasks of moderate complexity or difficulty.
 Diary and email management, responding to changing priorities and timeframes.
 Preparing replies to correspondence, briefing material and handling confidential papers.
 Scheduling meetings and preparing documentation for committees and projects.
 Undertaking research and investigations as requested.
 Coordinating official meetings, travel arrangements and official functions on behalf of the branch,
Regional Manager, and other Agency staff.
 Providing high level administrative support on personnel and financial matters within the Agency

About you:
You must have extensive experience in a similar EA role working at C-Suite level - ideally CEO/CFO level
You will have intermediate to advanced Office 365 experience
You ideally will have experience working in the financial services or accounting industries, and have a good understanding of how a finance team functions - i.e. AP/AR/payroll
You will have the ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
You will be a multi-tasker and have excellent time management skills
You will have excellent attention to detail
You will have a proactive approach, and be able to anticipate needs before they occur
You will have an understanding of time constraints and able to prioritize tasks.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels across the organisation
