About the role:
As a Participant Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to participants of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). You will be working collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure that participants receive timely and appropriate support that meets their needs.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Providing support to participants in navigating the NDIS system and accessing appropriate services.
  • Conducting assessments to determine participant eligibility for NDIS funding and support.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure participants receive coordinated and holistic support.
  • Providing advice and guidance to participants, their families, and carers regarding the NDIS process and available services.
