About the Role:
You will be in a team membership position responsible for setting priorities and managing work flow. You will undertake procedural, clerical, administrative support and operational tasks including
some basic research and analysis activities.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Managing team inbox and appointment/calendar systems.
  • Coordinating appointments for participants and planners, including booking office facilities and ensuring facilities are neat and appropriately prepared.
  • Collating and recording information related to participant details and plans.
  • Accurately recording information provided by participants in relation to plans or issues, and ensuring these are appropriately assigned for action.
  • Providing information as part of general inquiries to team.
  • Undertaking a range of data entry tasks.
  • Providing general administrative support to the branch.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience within a similar role; Government experience is preferable but not essential.
  • You will be a passionate and empathetic individual with a desire to kick start your career within the Government and Disability space.
  • Experience in customer service and general administration in an office environment is essential.
  • Excellent time management, planning and efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
