As a Resource Planning Officer you'll assist in the design, build and deployment of a range of processes, tools and systems which support capacity management with a focus on innovation and value delivery.
You will assist the team in providing critical enabling services to the business line, covering resource management, budget coordination, contract management, capability integration and other business management activities.

You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to understand our workloads and their associated processes, assisting in the optimal matching of resources to workloads. Through your work, you'll develop insights and data needed to understand and articulate the required capabilities, workforce numbers, employment mix, and affordability to deliver workloads in the immediate and near future.

The ideal candidate:
has experience in one or more of the following functions: resource management, budget management, contract management or business line planning
uses their intelligence gathering and analytical skills to develop insights that inform decisions and manage risks
builds collaborative relationships with stakeholders, with the ability to co-ordinate diverse requirements across a wide or varied client base
has practical experience gathering, manipulating and using data related to resource planning
demonstrates an aptitude for continuous improvement to deliver their work in innovative, efficient and effective ways.
