About the Team:
The Partner Contracts Branch manages the sourcing of new Partners, contract management for Partners and reviews contract terms and conditions to ensure they align with policy and legal requirements. The branch monitors and manages partner performance and provides advice on Partner contracts to ensure the services delivered are timely, cost effective and of high quality. Managing contracts with Partners ensures ongoing value and scheme sustainability of the Partner Program.

About the role:
The APS5 CI Officer is accountable under limited direction to undertake moderately complex to complex work. The position is guided by legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents and involves performing various activities and tasks using different, unrelated, but established processes and methods.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the implementation of the branch continuous improvement program to enhance the outcomes, management and oversight of the Partner Program.
  • Supporting delivery of projects within the Partner program including ongoing reviews and improvements to processes and systems.
  • Tracking activity across the Continuous Improvement programs, including progress reporting.
  • Supporting and maintaining knowledge management systems, including records management procedures.
  • Supporting the implementation of process disciplines and systems to track branch and partner performance.
