Roles and responsiblities:
APS 5:

  • Working with key business areas from initial discovery process to system release of the digital components to achieve desired participant experiences.
  • Assisting in the drafting of requirements, user stories and developing enhancements across the Agency's digital platforms.
  • Creating and drafting updates to the internal and external facing content such as user guides and website content.
  • Identifying data and insights to drive enhancements for key participant segments.
  • Updating project issue/risk registers and project tracking tools

APS 6:

  • Working across key business areas to plan, design, develop and implement digital platform changes to improve the participant and Provider experience.
  • Leading updates to internal and external content such as user guides and website content.
  • Leading the gathering of participant feedback and consultation, experience interview and user testing for digital products.
  • Identifying data and insights to drive enhancements for key participant segments.
  • Determining and assigning tasks, developing timelines and meeting key milestones, following up on action items and tracking results.
