Chandler Macleod is seeking APS4 Scheme Integrity Officers for multiple full time positions with a Federal Government client based in Penrith.

The duties of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide operation and administrative support
  • Identify and analyse problems associated with home and living supports
  • Communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and resolve moderately complex problems
  • Monitor, analyse and manipulate data to identify issues and trends
  • Undertaking research to analyse Scheme sustainability problems associated with the provision of home and living supports.
  • Consistently applying approved analysis processes, creating detailed records and working with a variety of IT systems.
  • Contribute to the development of team practices, process refinements and additional options for the analysis and response to sustainability problems.

    To be suitable you will have:
  • General knowledge of the role and functions of the NDIS
  • Proven experience monitoring and analysing data to identify issues and trends
  • Proven experience providing advice and recommendations
  • Ability to make decisions with some autonomy
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
  • Client Record Management skills (CRM)
