About the role:
In this role, you will be performing work that involves team leadership and management.
You will be expected to provide detailed technical, policy and operational support in relation to complex problems. You also may be required to coordinate and assist in the strategic planning, project management and policy development.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Seeking information on compensation available to or received by NDIS participants.
  • Organising, analysing and validating information relating to compensation matters.
  • Collating information to support the calculation of compensation reduction amounts in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and databases detailing the progress of work and providing weekly reports.
  • Contributing to the design of compensation recoveries processes to support continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to achieving operational targets.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience within a similar role; Government experience is preferable but not essential.
  • You will be a passionate and empathetic individual with a desire to kick start your career within the Government and Disability space.
  • Experience in customer service and general administration in an office environment is essential
  • Excellent time management, planning and efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
